I’m So Sick of the Pundits and Radio Show Hosts

This is rant-worthy. Some parents are afraid of what our sitting president may say to schoolchildren across the nation. He is to give a speech on the topics of education and personal goals and some parents are afraid their precious, easily indoctrinated children will be damaged by the content of this speech. Those people should go to  this site  and read about the content of the speech and see the lesson plans for themselves.  It’s about staying in school, making goals for yourself, and keeping yourself accountable to those goals. How is it possible that a bunch of pundits and ranting radio show hosts (whose only goal is to be as controversial as possible because it sells their latest book) can turn something so good into something that frightens people almost as much as sex education? This is ridiculous. All over the nation African-American children are dropping out of school at rates as high as 75%. We NEED our president to tackle this subject and tackle it hard.  I want my children to hear this speech and if they don’t I will download a copy and show it to them myself. And remember this the next time you worry about what your children see and hear – Nothing affects them as much as what their parents say and do.  Grab a mirror and give it some thought.
